Barrel One Coffee Roasters Manly

Came here because I saw them on a list of 10 ten cookies in Sydney. Unfortunately they do not make my top 10 cookie list as they are a dry crumbly cookie which I don’t like. But while I was there I saw they had New York style bagels so I got the Reuben. Mmm pretty tastey but the amount of meat they give u is a bit small and weirdly concentrated in the middle of the bagel.

Amazing coffee and top notch service. I only drink black coffee so it’s fantastic to get the perfect temp long black and a glass of sparkling water with an espresso. The pastrami bagel is the best. All the staff are super friendly and the service is top level.

Tasty avocado on toast and smoked salmon bagel, bagel should be a bit more toasty . I took my sister who is visitor from oversea and she loves bagels, I found this cafe in Manly so we planned to visit Manly we popped in . We loved the vibes and simple tasty bagel and avocado on rye toast. I added on smoked salmon on my avocado toast. Coffee was nice.

The coffee here is amazing – honestly the best I’ve had in Manly so far. I’d happily have a latte here every single day!

Became the regular morning coffee stop for the week we were contracting in the area. The Coffee's were perfect. Dishes I tried were the Toasted Ham and Cheese Croissants and Toasted Banana Bread Buttered. These quick and easy breakfast snacks hit that the spot and were absolutely delicious and got me through the day. Only disappointment was on the last toasted croissant I had I tasted the gas from the blow torch they used for part of the toasting. It was a one off and didn't have the issue from the other times. Not sure on the cause but recommend staff to test and check what could have caused it. Possibly blowing gas on dish before lighting.

What am amazing bagel! Had the smoked trout and would highly recommend. Wife had the Reuben and would recommend too. Pretty unorganised with the serving of the food and clearing / cleaning the tables. When food or drinks came out the person bringing the food didn't know where to go and kept going to all tables. One of the ladies wasn't too busy but didn't seem to bothered to clear and clean tables when we arrived looking for a seat. Maybe it's the Manly vibe? Either way, the bag was delicious and I would recommend.

The pastrami bagel sandwich 8s very delicious. The other 2 sandwiches I tried Ruben & Ham were ordinary. Overall it's a nice deli.
